Those wishing to make a one time or regular donation, click here. The top of our web page is available for five sponsors. The annual cost is $20,000.00 per banner (tile) (see top of page).
You may wish to purchase a portion of one of these tiles. The cost is simply based upon the percentage of that tile you purchase.
You may purchase multiple years at one time.
Generally, tiles are sold on a first request basis. If you have a tile and another business wishes to purchase for the next year, we will give you the option to secure that tile again before letting it go to a new sponsor.
Your sponsorship will be used for any of the following purposes: to recruit medical teams and purchase medical supplies; to fund mobile dental and medical clinics for low income and working poor families in the U.S.; to pay salaries for full time medical and support persons; advertising of our various relief efforts to the public in order to raise financial and volunteer support; infrastructure expenses; advocating health care for all Americans.
Charity Relief International (Midwest Medical Teams) is a 501 C 3 organization meaning your contribution is deductible as a charitable contribution.
